An audit trail that cannot be edited
Every action on an I-9, FMLA or COBRA record is captured with IP address, timestamp, device identifier and user ID. Corrections are added as dated entries beside the original.
Retention by rule
I-9 records are kept three years from hire or one year after separation, whichever is later, without anyone tracking it by hand.
Deadlines that hold
Section 2 verification by business day 3, COBRA notices within 14 days, FMLA designation notices issued as soon as leave is requested.

Each organization's carrier connections are isolated within its own configuration rather than shared across the platform.
